Since Dec, not too much has happened at all, actually. The only thing that has really happened is the boys and I went back to the states for a month to help my mom.
Mid Feb, I had been talking to my mom. I told her that I had this itching to get back there because I knew when we left after Dad's funeral, my work there wasnt done. She expressed that she would LOVE to have us there to spend more time with the kids and not have the loss of Dad on her mind. So a couple days later, off me and the kids went to the states for THIRTY days. It was a long trip by myself and two kids, but Gramma made it worth it.
We went through lots of stuff at the house, threw away a lot, sold a lot of equipment that Dad had that Mom would never use, donated a lot... we worked our butt off. But there is SO much more left to do. But we did stop and have some fun. We went to the Shark Reef and the Secret Garden with the lions and tigers and dolphins. They boys LOVE that kind of stuff. It was expensive to do them, but SO worth it. Seeing the boys' eyes light up when they saw those animals that they would normal NEVER see, was great!
But after 30 days without daddy's help, I was ready to come back to Korea and the boys were ready to have their daddy again. We are still trying to adjust back to the timing here and schedules, but we are doing well.
